Myofascial Release
The myofascial release approach of massage therapy is a soft tissue therapy used to treat somatic dysfunction and the resulting pain / restriction of motion. The process uses palpatory feedback to achieve the maximum release of myofascial tissues. The approach is successful by relaxing contracted muscles, increasing circulation and lymphatic drainage and stimulating the stretch reflex of muscles and overlying fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones and joints). |

Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is used to locate and help solve problems in the body. It encourages your own natural mechanisms to improve the function of your own organs, dissipate the negative effects of stress, and enhance general health and resistance to disease.
Anatomy Trains Structural Integration
ATSI is based on the revolutionary work of Ida Rolf, PhD. It uses myofascial techniques to restore postural balance, relieving many musical-skeletal aches and pains.
